My Beginnings

Over the next few months, I will be working professionally in a play in southern Ohio, before moving to Atlanta to continue into my next stage. But before I committed to making this art into a career, I was just a kid trying to do a favor for my mom.

My passion for theatre is something of a fantastic accident. I found my way into the craft when my mom asked me to go with my little sister to an audition. I thought it was going to be like that reality tv show Dance Moms. At eleven years, I didn't really know yet that actors were real people, and that they made movies for a living. But at that first audition for a children's theatre in a rented office, I was immediately entranced. Something clicked for me. With that first role as Eddie in Give my Regards to Broadway, I was set for life. Over the next several years, my hobby would evolve into my passion. I am lucky to be able to say that I am a theatre artist.
